Photo sharing for corporate events and team offsites
The official photographer gets the keynote. Your colleagues get the karaoke. Here is how to collect the second kind into an album the organiser controls — without asking anyone to install anything on a work phone.

A QR code on the bar collects more than a photographer on a schedule.
Where it fits
Holiday parties and summer events. The photos people want are the ones of each other, not of the stage.
Offsites and team days. Three days, five locations, forty phones. One album.
Conferences and launches. A QR code on the badge or the lanyard; attendees add their photos, the marketing team downloads the lot the next morning.
Internal comms. The album link goes into the wrap-up email instead of a Google Drive folder nobody opens.
Why it works on work phones
Nothing is installed. An attendee scans the QR code and the camera opens in their browser; no account, no company login, no app-store approval. The iPhone app exists for hosts who want it, but attendees never need it. That is the difference between 20 percent participation and 70.
Control for the organiser
Hide or delete any photo from the album, instantly.
Private mode: attendees see only their own uploads; the organiser sees everything. Right for events where colleagues would rather not browse each other’s photos, or where the album will be curated before it is shared.
Reveal timing: show photos live, or hold everything until the next day so the album goes out reviewed.
End the event to stop new uploads; download the ZIP for the comms team.
Privacy, plainly
Taking part should be genuinely optional for employees, and nobody should feel they have to be photographed. Put a line on the sign and in the invitation — our host guide has wording — and check whether your organisation wants its works council or data protection officer involved. Organisations that need a data processing agreement with us can write to allshots.app@gmail.com; our privacy policy describes where photos are stored and for how long.
Cost
Starter — freeUp to 10 guests · 50 photos · kept 7 days
Small — $3.99Up to 20 guests · unlimited photos · kept for the event's life
Medium — $14.99Up to 50 guests · memory book & voice memories
Unlimited — $29.99Unlimited guests · video up to 90 s
One payment per event, no subscription. Same prices in the app and on the web — see pricing.
For a company event, Unlimited ($29.99, one time) is the sensible default: no cap on attendees and video clips up to 90 seconds. On the web you can pay by card from the host dashboard; in the app, with your Apple ID. Either way it is one payment for one event, no subscription and no per-seat pricing.
How AllShots works, in one minute
Create the event on host.allshots.app or in the iPhone app. Name, date, how many shots each guest gets — done in about sixty seconds, no account needed to start.
Share the QR code (or the 6-character join code). Print it on a sign, put it on the tables, drop the link in the group chat.
Guests scan and shoot. The camera opens in their browser — nothing to install, no account. iPhone users can also use the app.
Everything lands in one live gallery you control: hide or delete anything, and download the whole album as a ZIP.
Set up the event album
Create the event, put the QR code on the bar and the badges, and download everything the next morning.
Do attendees need to install an app on their work phone?
No. The QR code opens the camera in the phone’s browser. No app, no account, nothing for IT to approve.
Can the organiser review photos before anyone sees them?
Yes. Set the reveal timing to next day or make the album private; the organiser sees everything live and can hide or delete photos before the album is shared.
Is there per-seat or per-employee pricing?
No. One payment covers one event. Unlimited ($29.99) has no cap on attendees.
Do you provide a data processing agreement?
Yes, on request — write to allshots.app@gmail.com. Our privacy policy explains where photos are stored and how long they are kept.
