AllShots
One code on every table. Guests scan it, the camera opens, the photos land in your album. Here is exactly how to make one, print it, and word the sign so people actually scan.

Open host.allshots.app (or the iPhone app), give the event a name and a date, choose how many shots each guest gets, and pick disposable or open mode. That is the whole form. You do not need an account to create the event — you can link one afterwards so it also opens on your phone.
The event page shows the QR code, the join link (allshots.app/e.html?code=…) and a six-character code. Download the QR as a PNG — it is generated at 1024 pixels, sharp enough for an A4 sign or a place card.
Keep it to three lines. A version that has worked:
“Scan to add your photos to our album.
No app, no account — just point and shoot.
Everyone sees the album live.”
If your event is in disposable mode, say so: “You get 24 shots. Make them count.” People love a constraint.
On an iPhone, the page offers Continue in browser and the App Store. On Android and on a laptop it goes straight to the web camera. Either way the guest types a name (or stays anonymous), and the camera is open within seconds. Photos appear in the live gallery as they are taken; guests can browse everyone’s photos unless you made the album private.
Because you decide who is invited, letting guests know that photos are collected is your job, not ours. Our host guide has ready-made wording for a sign and for the invitation.
One payment per event, no subscription. Same prices in the app and on the web — see pricing.
Create the event, download the PNG, print it. Free for up to 10 guests; upgrade the same event when the list grows.
Yes. Creating an event and downloading its QR code costs nothing. The free plan covers 10 guests and 50 photos; paid plans start at $3.99 for the event.
Every event also has a six-character join code. Guests type it at allshots.app/app or in the iPhone app and land in the same album.
Yes. The QR code points to the event, not to its settings. Shots per guest, gallery mode and reveal timing can all be changed later without reprinting.
No. It works as long as the event exists. You can end the event when you want to stop new photos coming in.
