These Terms govern your use of the Allshots mobile application and the guest web app (together, the “App”).
The App is operated by Boz Apps, proprietor Berk Özdoruk, Halilim Street No 5, Bodrum, Türkiye. Contact: allshots.app@gmail.com. Full contact details are on our imprint page.
The Host is the organiser of their Event. The Host decides who is invited, chooses the Event’s settings including its gallery mode, and determines the purpose for which Content is collected at that Event. We provide the technical service that makes this possible.
These Terms apply when you download, open or use the App, including when you join an Event as a Guest. The current version of these Terms and of our Privacy Policy is available at all times inside the App and on this website.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. If you have already contributed Content and no longer agree, you can delete your Content in the App, ask the Host of the Event to remove it, or contact us and we will remove it.
Allshots lets event hosts collect photos, videos and voice recordings from their guests through a shared, event-based camera and gallery. You are responsible for the Content you create and share.
You may use the App anonymously or sign in with an email address, Apple ID or Google account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account and data at any time from inside the App.
By creating an Event you confirm that:
You remain responsible for your Event and for the Content collected at it.
You keep ownership of the Content you create. By contributing Content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to store, reproduce, transcode, generate previews of, back up and deliver that Content, solely for the purpose of operating the service, and only for as long as the Event exists.
You grant the Host of the Event a licence to use the Content within the circle of that Event. Publishing Content outside that circle — for example on social media or a public website — requires the separate consent of the people shown in it, which is the responsibility of whoever publishes it.
We never use your Content for advertising, for marketing our own product, for building profiles, or for training machine-learning models. We perform no facial recognition and no other automated analysis of image content.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose.
Each Event has a gallery mode chosen by its Host:
The gallery mode is a visibility setting within the service. It determines what the App shows to each participant; it is not a form of encryption. Content is not published, is not indexed by search engines, and is not searchable outside the Event.
Allshots is a hosted service. Content is stored on managed cloud infrastructure and is encrypted in transit and while stored. It is not end-to-end encrypted.
As the operator of that infrastructure we hold administrative credentials and are therefore technically able to access stored files. We do not access Event Content routinely, and the App gives us no feature for browsing user galleries. We access Content only where it is necessary:
Any other use is excluded. We do not use Content for advertising, analytics, profiling or machine-learning training.
We may introduce a maximum retention period for paid Events. If we do, we will give Hosts at least 30 days’ notice and the opportunity to download their album before anything is removed.
Allshots is not a backup service. Download the Content that matters to you and keep your own copy. We are not responsible for Content that is no longer available because an Event, an item or an account was deleted, or because a retention period expired.
Allshots has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. By using the App, you agree that you will not upload, share, or transmit content that:
You also agree not to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
If you appear in Content and you do not use the App: you do not need an account to have it removed. Write to allshots.app@gmail.com with the Event code if you have it, or a description of the event and roughly when it took place. We will hide the Content while we look into it and remove it if your request is justified. We aim to respond within seven days.
We disclose Content or account data to an authority only where we receive a legally valid, written request from a body competent to make it, and only to the extent that request requires. We keep a record of such requests and, where we are legally permitted to do so, we inform the affected Host.
Where we are required to preserve Content as evidence, we may suspend automatic deletion for the items concerned until the matter is resolved.
Allshots offers one-time purchases (per-event packages and add-ons such as extended storage or archive access) and auto-renewable subscriptions (Allshots Pro, billed monthly or yearly).
All purchases are made through the App Store. Apple is the seller and merchant of record for these transactions. Billing, invoicing, refunds, subscription management and cancellation are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. We do not process payments and never see your payment details.
Use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
We provide the App with reasonable care and skill, but we do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of errors.
Where we are liable, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data you could have kept your own copy of, or for the acts of a Host or a Guest.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law of your country of habitual residence.
If a third party brings a claim against us that arises from your Event — including a claim by a person shown in Content collected at it — you will indemnify us against that claim and against the reasonable costs of defending it.
This does not apply to the extent the claim results from our own breach of these Terms, our negligence, or our failure to comply with the law.
We may change or discontinue features of the App. If we discontinue the service as a whole, we will give Hosts with active Events at least 30 days’ notice and the opportunity to download their Content before it is removed.
We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
The App is not directed to children under 16, or under the higher minimum age required in your country. If you are below that age, use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
This clause concerns the age required to use our service. It is separate from the question of whether children may be photographed at an event, which is the responsibility of the Host and of the parents or guardians concerned.
We may update these Terms. We will change the “last updated” date above and, where a change materially affects your rights, give notice in the App before it takes effect. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you may stop using the App and delete your account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may transfer these Terms to a successor of the business; your rights are not reduced by such a transfer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside.
