Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your account and your data in Allshots (published as “Allshots: Event Photos”). You can do it yourself inside the app, or ask us by e-mail.

Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app

This is immediate and needs no e-mail.

Open Allshots on your phone.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account & data.
Confirm on the “Delete account & data?” dialog.

Your account and the data listed below are deleted straight away. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — ask us by e-mail

Write to allshots.app@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account. If you signed in, write from the same e-mail address. If you only ever joined as a guest, include the 6-character event code and the nickname you used, so we can find your uploads.

We reply within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in identity (e-mail, Google or Apple).
Your profile name, e-mail address and profile photo.
Every event you created, together with all photos, videos, voice memories and notes in it.
Photos and videos you uploaded as a guest to other people’s events.
Your guest entries, nicknames and likes.
Your notification token, so the app can no longer reach your device.

What is kept, and for how long

Diagnostic and error logs — deleted automatically 30 days after they are written.
Purchase and refund records — the transaction identifier of any purchase is kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep it. We never store your payment card details; payments are handled by Google Play.
Content other people uploaded to an event you attended stays with that event and its host. It is not yours to delete. If you appear in someone else’s photo, see below.

Delete some data without deleting your account

Open any photo you uploaded and delete it. Hosts can delete any content in their own event.
Delete a whole event you host: this permanently removes the event and everything in it.
Free events are deleted automatically 7 days after the first upload.
If you appear in a photo and do not use the app, e-mail allshots.app@gmail.com with the event code, or a description of the event and roughly when it took place. We hide the content while we look into it and remove it if your request is justified.
